Hiring is simple. Choose your dates and the number of chairs you need, and we will deliver them to your door, or you can collect them free of charge from North Shore, Auckland. You choose your delivery and collection times.

How many chairs do I need?
Allow one chair for each guest, and a few spares if your numbers may change. Hire as early as you can, especially for busy weekends, to secure your dates. The hire form shows what is available for your dates. Here is what the chairs cost for some common guest numbers:

- Standard hire is 1–3 days. If you need the items for longer, email us.
- Days and times
- You can hire any day, weekends included, from tomorrow, unless the date is already taken. Choose your delivery and collection times, or pickup and return times, between 8am and 6pm.
- Payment
- There is no deposit to hold your hire. Pay by card online when you hire, or by bank transfer on the day.
- Care and damage
- Please keep the items clean, dry and undamaged. A replacement fee applies to any item that is lost or damaged beyond normal cleaning.
- Pickup
- Pickup is free from North Shore, Auckland. Please bring a vehicle large enough to carry the items safely.
- Changes and cancellations
- To change or cancel a hire, email us and we will respond as soon as we can.

How much is chair hire in Auckland?
Chiavari chairs are $4 each for a standard 1–3 day hire. Pickup from North Shore, Auckland is free. For delivery, enter your address in the hire form and the cost is shown before you pay.
What kind of chairs do you hire out?
We hire white and gold metal Chiavari chairs. Their classic, elegant style suits weddings, parties and business events.
Can I mix white and gold chairs?
Yes. White and gold chairs are hired as separate items, so you can choose any combination for your event.
Can I hire chairs without tables?
Yes. Choose the number of chairs you need and leave tables at zero. Tables can also be hired on their own.
How long can I keep the chairs?
A standard hire is 1–3 days. You choose your delivery and collection times when you hire.
Do I pay a deposit to hire?
No. You don't pay a deposit to hold your hire. Pay by card online when you hire, or by bank transfer on the day. Any amount still owing must be paid by the collection time.
Can I hire for a weekend?
Yes. You can hire any day, weekends included, as long as the date is not already taken. Choose your delivery and collection times, or your pickup and return times, between 8am and 6pm. Hires can start from tomorrow.

Do you deliver chairs across Auckland?
Yes. We deliver across Auckland, including the North Shore, Hibiscus Coast, West, Central, East and South Auckland, and to addresses elsewhere on the North Island up to 250 km away. Enter your address in the hire form to see the delivery cost.
