Hire terms
Please read these terms before you hire.
Hire period
Standard hire is for 3 days time. If you need the items for more time, please email us for a quote.
Care of items
Please keep all items clean, dry and undamaged while they are in your care. You are responsible for them from the time of delivery or pickup until they are returned to us. A replacement fee applies to any item that is lost or damaged beyond normal cleaning.
Delivery & pickup
Please make sure we have clear access to your delivery address. If you choose pickup, you can collect your hire from North Shore, Auckland. Please bring a vehicle large enough to carry the items safely.
Changes & cancellations
You can edit or cancel your hire up to 48 hours in your confirmation email. For card payments or further questions, please email aucklandtableandchairhire@gmail.com.
Payment
You can pay by card online or by bank transfer on the day. The bank details are in your confirmation email. Any amount still owing must be paid on the day of the hire.
