Please read before placing your booking.
Hire period
Standard hire is maximum 3 days. If you need for more time please email us.
Looking after the items
Please keep everything clean, dry, and undamaged. You will be responsible for the items from delivery or pick-up until returned. Anything lost or damaged beyond normal cleaning is charged for a replacement fee.
Delivery & pick-up
Please make sure there is access at the delivery address. Pick-ups are from North Shore, Auckland — bring suitable transport please.
Changes & cancellations

Payment
Pay by card online when you book, or by bank transfer on the day (we'll email you the bank details). Outstanding balances must be settled by collection time.
